FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT MOPS

What is MOPS?

Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) is a non-profit Christian organization desiring to reach out to mothers of children ages birth through kindergarten.  MOPS meetings provide a chance to fellowship with other women in a similar stage of life and an opportunity receive encouragement, inspiration, and guidance from each other and a variety of speakers.

What do my kids do while I’m at MOPS?

Quality childcare is provided onsite by caring and attentive volunteers. All volunteers have passed a background check and screening process.

When does MOPS meet?

MOPS at Oxboro Evangelical Free Church meets on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of every month from 9:30-11:30 a.m. September through May. Oxboro is located at 9431 Nicollet Avenue S. in Bloomington.

What do we do at MOPS?

Last year we investigated life on Planet Mom!  We had a variety of speakers addressing topics such as community, marriage, faith, finances and many more.  We also spent time at our meetings getting to know one another, sharing brunch, and making crafts.  There are also social activities planned outside of our regular MOPS meetings so we can enjoy a night out!

Who should I contact if I have questions?

Please contact the church office at 952-881-6956 with questions or check out the MOPS website at www.MOPS.org.
